UNION JACK
Union Jack is a Danish breed Oldenburg stallion,
with a great talent for dressage. He was Champion at
Vilhelmsborg in 1998. He also won his Performance
Test in 1998.
Union Jack has been very successful in breeding and
has produced several Approved stallions incl: Unions
Big Ben. He also bred Foal of the Year 4 times,
awarded by the Danish Oldenburg Society.
The Sire
Urprinz,
came to Denmark in 1987 after successfully
completing his Grading and Performance Test in
Germany. In 1988 a foal from his first crop was
selected as Foal of the Year with the Danish
Oldenburger Society. From that same first crop no
less than 3 young stallions has successfully been
Graded and Performance Tested.
The Grandsire, Ulan, was Champion at the Stallion
Grading in Oldenburg 1968 and Champion at the
Performance Test in Wester Celle in 1969. His dam,
Anke, was an A grade showjumper.
Kronprinz xx sired several showjumpers,.Karthago was
the winner of the Gold Coast Grand Prix in Palm
Beach, Florida.
