STATUS QUO
The
crowd favourite at the Oldenburg Approvals 2006, he
received a standing ovation and was the undisputed
Champion.
This
well grown son of Stedinger is a must for the
discerning breeder.
He
has 3 amazing basic gaits and his conformation is
exceptional.
The
Sire
Stedinger was the unequivocal approval winner of the
2002 Oldenburg Stallion Days and first reserve
champion of the 2004 main premium from our own
breeding and rearing programme. He is
blood-impressed and large framed, highly elastic,
and as regards his jumping performance he is one of
the best of his age class.
Despite being
under heavy breeding stress, he performed
outstandingly at the 70 day test in Neustadt/Dosse
with a total index of 131 points (Dr. 130.72 / Ju.
121.92).
His first foals,
who are all dark-coated, have caused sensations and
brought top prices: “S info nie” was the champion
filly at the German Foal Championchip in Lienen, and
the most expensive filly in Verden. With € 26,000
“Starman” was one of the most expensive youngsters
in Vechta in 2004.
His sire Sandro
Hit was the 1999 world champion of the 6-year-old
dressage horses in Arnheim. In the meantime, he has
become one of the most sought after contemporary
sires, and presented i.a. Poetin, the 2003 world
championess of the 6-year-old dressage horses, who
reached the record price of 2.5 Mio. Euros at the
PSI auction in Ankum.
The dam,
association premium mare Bold-Fantasy, completed an
excellent mare performance test (8.67), and also
gave birth to our stallion “Donninger”,
who was approved in 2004.
The bloodline of
the mare Besinda also brought forth the stallions
Andrew (dressage up to Grand Prix) and Armagnac, as
well as the approval champion and dressage stallion
Waldsee, and Tansanid, who won the silver medal at
the 1984 Olympic Games under Christine Stückelberger/CH.
The Damsire
Quattro is a son of the Selle Francais stallion
Qredo de Paulstra, winner of the Grand Prix of
Bordeaux. Qredo is sired by the legendary Galoubet,
which two times won World Cup Qualifiers and
produced international jumpers such as Quick Star
and Quatoubet de Rouet. Grandfather Almé is even
more famous with his offspring Jalisco B. and I Love
You. At the other side of Qredo we find Furioso xx;
father of Lutteur (Gold Medallist Tokio) and Le
Tyroll; father of Rocket of Janou Lefebvre. Quattro
himself is out of the famous line of Kermesse.
Quattro himself was 2nd in the Performance Test at
Medingen with a high score of 130 pnts. And in 1994
he was Reserve Champion of the Oldenburg Körung,
based on his performance test and his first
offspring.
Quattro jumped very well in 1996 with his rider
Gilbert Böckmann and they won more than 20 1.30
courses through the summer. Meanwhile Quattro jumps
at the international circuit successfully, including
second in the Grand Prix of Emsbüren, Kiel and
Bremen. He was also succesfull in Caen, Leeuwarden,
Berlin, Munich and Geneva. His first offspring show
spectacular gaits but they also inherited Quattro's
beautiful type and free jump very well.
Since 1997 Quattro has more than 10 approved sons;
Quando Quando, Quantes, Quatier Latin, Quell
Charmeur, etc. Quattro's offspring Quando Quando,
Much Ado and Quantum Tyme are famous in Grand Prix
dressage. Quattro remarkably had two children
qualified for the Olympics in Athens 2004; Quando
Quando for dressage and Oliver Q for jumping!
Quicksilber won the gold medal at Lanaken in 2005
with the Spanish rider Manuel Fernandeze Saro and
Suzie Quattro with Luciana Diniz and Quanta Costa
from Rolf-Göran Bengtsson both jumped succesfully in
2005.
