EH LEHENDORFF’S
Lehndorff`s is a typical and unmistakable
representative of his breed, with a well-balanced
psyche, friendly face, well-developed neck, big
frame and satisfactory girth.
While standing over a lot of ground, his movements
are full of elasticity and impulsion.
In 1993 the first son of Lehndorff’s obtained
stallion Approval in Neumuenster.
1992/1993 Lehndorff’s’ foals sold at top prices at
Medingen.
1996 the most expensive filly by Lehndorff’s was
sold for DM 60.000 at the Neumuenster auction.
Lehndorff’s has sired the following mares and
stallions:
1996 - Winner of the central brood mare
registration at Hoerstein
1996 - Premium mare Saphira who came 1st in the
mare Performance Test at Dallahn
1997 - Winner of the central brood mare
registration at Weil der Stadt
1998 - Winner of the central brood mare
registration at Hoerstein.
1998 - Soiree, Reserve winner in the section of
mares, age class Championships Winner of the mare
performance test at Dallahn
1999 - State Premium in Bavaria
1998 - Kandela, Reserve winner of the state mare
show, Hesse
1999 - Veronika, winner of the central brood mare
registration at Hoerstein. Reserve winner of the age

1998 - Lehndorff’s‘ daughters Soiree and Kandela
were awarded 1st prize on the Federal Championships
of German Brood Mares at Warendorf.
Marduc, the sire of Lehndorff’s has become one of
the most significant stallions in the Trakehner
breed, mainly for passing on good dressage qualities
and as a sire of six Approved stallions.
Among them are only Winners, Reserve winners and
Premium stallions.
Reserve winner Induc was Federal Champion in the
Federal Championships of Riding Horses at Warendorf.
Among the dam lineage, mainly “Donauwind”, sire of
“Abdullah”, must be mentioned. He competed in the
Olympics and was best Trakehner Jumping Horse.
In 2002 Lehndorff’s was awarded the title of “Elite
Stallion”.
2004 Neumünster stallion Approval – “Blitz und
Donner” was the third son of Lehndorff´s to achieve
the stallion Approval. In the jumping test “Blitz
und Donner” received the highest scores of all
participants and was awarded as Premium stallion.
Lehndorff´s has sired 82 registered mares, among
them 7 State Premium mares. |
