How to Order
1.
Contact Exclusive Equines to ensure that semen from
your choice of stallion is available. If the
stallion you have selected is unavailable, you may
either choose another stallion, and the price will
be adjusted accordingly, or, alternatively, we will
refund your money in full.
2. Read the breeding terms for the stallion you have
selected and ensure that you fully understand them.
If you have any questions regarding the terms,
please feel free to contact Exclusive Equines
3. A contract for the purchasing of semen can be
obtained by contacting Exclusive Equines via
telephone. Alternatively, you can download the
contract from the website
4. After filling in all details on the contract of
purchase, post it to Exclusive Equines, along with
your payment. This will ensure that semen is placed
in storage in your name ready for dispatch to your
veterinarian.
5. When Exclusive Equines has received a completed
and signed contract, and payment in cleared funds,
purchasers will receive confirmation of their order.
6. Balance of payment must be received prior to
semen being dispatched.
7. We do not insure the semen once it has been
dispatched. From the time of dispatch onwards, the
semen becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Therefore, we advise semen purchasers to arrange
insurance for semen whilst in transit.
8. At least 7 days notice is required prior to the
dispatch of semen. Also, please note that couriers
do not work weekends or public holidays.
9. Please ensure that your order/orders is/are
placed as early as possible, as semen from some
stallions may be in high demand and/or in limited
supply.
10. Service certificates are issued upon receipt of
a veterinary certificate and relevant breeding
forms. For AWHA members $25.00 is charged to cover
registration costs.
11. For all stallions offered with a discounted
return policy for the following year or any other
type of service guarantee, a completed veterinary
certificate stating that the mare concerned is empty
will be required.
12. Mare owners who supply us with a veterinary
certificate confirming the breeding soundness of the
mare to be inseminated prior to the ordering of
semen will receive a 5% discount from the full
priced service fee.
Exclusive Equines Incentives
1. Most of our stallion stations have agreed to
allow up to three pregnancies per three insemination
doses. A small number of our stations have different
conditions. So, when you choose the stallion you
would like to breed to, just check on his conditions
to make sure of what is allowed, and what is not.
2. On selected Frozen Semen Stallions a discount
priced return to the same stallion the following
season applies. If after three insemination doses
there is no pregnancy and a veterinary certificate
is supplied to Exclusive Equines to prove this, then
you will be entitled to purchase discounted semen
for the following year. *Conditions Apply
4. Exclusive Equines guarantee that if any
Australasian competitor advertises a lower price on
a stallion Exclusive Equines has available, we will
better the price by 5%.
5 For mare owners willing to have their mare swabbed
prior to breeding to frozen semen stallions,
providing the swab is clean and the mare is deemed
fit to breed, and a copy supplied and a copy of the
veterinary certificate is sent to Exclusive Equines
we will give a 5% discount on the cost of semen.
This offer applies only once per three
inseminations.
