GRAFENSTOLZ

Grafenstolz qualified in all three disciplines for the Bundeschampionat in 2004, an amazing achievement that has not been done before and probably will never be repeated.  He went on to win the Eventing Bundeschampionat with a dream score of 9.7. Also in 2004 he won the World Championships for Eventing in Lion d’angers, France, and he won the KI S in Marbach in 2005.

Grafenstolz’s first foal crop was highly praised in Baden-Wurttemberg and because of this he is now an Elite Candidate.

The Sire Polarion is a graded Stallion who was Trakehner Champion as a 6yo and won 4 Prix St George Dressage tests as a 7yo, it is as a 7yo that he won the Trakehner Federal tournament in 2000.  He was purchased bu Dr Wilfied Bechtolsheimer of Great Britain for his daughter, Laura, to ride where he is having great success.

Gipsy Lady, the Dam of Grafenstolz, is a State Premium mare and was the Reserve Champion in the Mare Registration of the Rheineland. She is a full sister to Reserve Champion Licensing Winner 1991, Gipsy King.

The Granddam is StPrSt Grazie 11, winning mare in Rheinland as a 3yo, winning mare at the Elite Show in Aachen, winning mare at the Regional Championship of German Riding Horses in Brunen and took part in the State Championships twice.

Grandsire Van Deyk was Premium stallion at his Licensing in 1986 at Neumunster and had won Dressage events at Medium level at the age of six. In 1993 and 1994 he competed successfully up to Advanced level and moved up to Prix St Georg and Intermediare 1 in 1995. With Dorothea Schneider he is competing successfully at Grand Prix level at international competitions. Already 10 of his sons have been Licensed.
