EUROCOMMERCE PENNSYLVANIA
In February 2005, Eurocommerce Pennsylvania, ridden
by Wim Schröder, won the title of Most Promising
Stallion at the prestigious ISS Zwolle. In the
jump-off, the son of Gambrinus, Pennsylvania, was 1
500th faster than COBRA who was ridden by Peter
Geerink.
Eurocommerce Pennsylvania carries via his sire
Gambrinus the valuable showjumping blood of Grannus
(Graphit x Ozean x Gotthard). This legendary
showjumping horse producer has been one of the most
important sport horse begetters in history. Besides
scores of products performing in the international
showjumping ring, such as Grande Dame, Remus Equo,
Grand Slam, Top Gun and Grannusch, Grannus has also
made his mark as producer of successful dams.
International competitors such as Weihawey, For
Pleasure, Ramonus, Sandro Boy (2006 World Cup
Winner) and Conterno Grande were all bred out of
Grannus daughters.
Eurocommerce Pennsylvania is out of Goldfee, who,
like the international showjumping horses Pialotta,
PS Priamos, Pro Pilot II, Showtime, Pirol, Poker and
Peter Pan, descends from the famous Westphalian
progenitor Pilot (Pilatus x Graphit). Grandam
Goldperle (Goldstern, by Gotthard) produced in
combination with Gambrinus also the national jumper
Gunter. This originally Hanoverian mare line also
produced the Licensed stallion Nebelwerfer (Novum
xx). Interesting fact is that Pennsylvania in his
pedigree doubles the blood of the Hanoverian
progenitors Graphit and Gotthard via a son and a
daughter. |
