DRESEMANN

A phenomenal Bundeschampionat debut saw this beautiful black stallion achieve princely status with 4 scores of 10 in the Final. Both guest riders agreed that they could not have hoped for a better degree of rideability from any horse let alone a 3yo stallion!

Dresemann possesses 3 outstanding basic gaits and impresses with his uphill way of going.

This is a stallion with a superb pedigree. He has a mix of some of the most famous dressage lines in history.

The Sire Daidalos was a National riding Horse Champion in Hannover and was successful up to M level.

The Dam Limelight performed an exceptional Mare test.

The Damsire is Wolkenstein II, whose sire is the incomparable Weltmeyer, 1998 Hanoverian Stallion of the Year, and considered by many to be the Hanoverian Sire of the Century.  He comes from a foundation mother line.  His grandmother was a full sister to Garibaldi I and Garibaldi II (sire of Gifted).

Wolkenstein II's performance record is exceptional.  He was Reserve Champion at the 1992 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing, German Champion Three-Year-Old Riding Horse in 1993, and Champion of the 1993 Stallion Performance Test.  Wolkenstein II's offspring are continuing the tradition.  He has had 41 stallions licensed.  His son, Welser, was Reserve Champion at the 1997 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing, and Reserve Champion at the 1998 Stallion Performance Test.  His son, Waterford, was Champion at the 1998 Stallion Licensing, and Champion at the 1999 Stallion Performance Test.  Wildest Dream was Champion of the Three-Year-Old Mares and Geldings Class at the 1999 German National Riding Horse Championships.

Wolkenstein II's daughters are also proving themselves, 142 are States Premium Mares in Germany.   Wildflower was Champion of the Young (2-3 year-olds) Group at the 1999 Louis Wiegel Show (German National Champion Mare Show).  Wolkenrose was 1999 USDF Mature Horse Champion for the Southeastern Region (USA).

The Grandsire is the immortal Dream Of Glory. Dream of Glory scored 146 points for rideability at his Performance Test, the best of his year, to finish fourth over all at Medingen . In 1994 he competed in novice and elementary level dressage competitions, and qualified for the 1995 Bundeschampionate. In 2000, he started seven times with Anja Hermelink, gaining four wins and three placings up to Intermediaire level. He was competing Grand Prix before his untimely death.

Dream of Glory was extremely successful as a sire, with numerous representatives at the Bundeschampionate, all showing that Dream of Glory has that most important quality as a sire - he stamps his offspring with his ‘look’, his offspring are seemingly all cute as, good moving and with great rideability. In the FN dressage evaluations for 1999, Dream of Glory led the younger stallions with a ranking of 164. In the 1999 competition season, 32 of his progeny placed 124 times at novice, elementary and medium level. His son, Dreamy’s Dream is a Bundeschampionate Winner, while Dr Jackson, is a Bundeschampionate Reserve Champion. Daidalos is a Hanoverian Riding Horse Champion, the South-Hanoverian Champion is Daily News and Dream Dancer is Bavarian Champion. His daughter Daisy Dee was the top selling horse at the Equitop Verden auction, sold for DM78,000 to the UK, while Doreen topped the Hessen auction at DM55,000.
