CLOVIS DE GOUDAL
Clovis De Goudall is a Chestnut, Anglo-Arab
stallion, who was winning showjumping events from an
early age. At 4yo, he won the Classic Cycle,
completing eight courses without a single fault, and
was a finalist in the Showjumping Championship of
Belgium, held at Gesves. At 5yo, he achieved 8th
place in the same event, and was Reserve Champion at
the Stallion Test at Putte. At 6yo, he won the
semi-final in the Belgian Championship at Gesves,
and was eleventh place in the final. He then
achieved 25th place at the World
Championships, held at Zangersheid. Internationally,
he was 7th place at the International
Tournament at Moorsele, was 8th at Wiener
Neustadt, in Austria, and was 4th at
C.S.I.C. in Hasselt. He held 10th place
in the Showjumping rankings in 2000.
Clovis De Goudall is out of the mare, Option De
Goudal, who is sired by Manganate, who was the
leading stallion at the PSA of National Haras.
As a sire, Clovis De Goudall is very well
represented By Liebe Van Het Blokenhof, who, in
1999, as a four year old, completed five courses
without a single fault, and a year later, as a five
year old, was winner of the Showjumping test circuit
for his age bracket at S.B.S, Belgium. The following
year, he won the six year old division of the same
event, was the winner of the S.B.S at Glhin, and was
awarded Reserve Champion of Belgium at Gesves, as
well as several other major placings.
Clovis De Goudall's daughter, Katinka Van Het
Blokenhof, was the Champion of the Regionals at
Campine, at four years of age. At age five, she had
five time doubles without fault in the Classic
Cycle, and was placed 2nd in the five
year old division, held at Orshof. The following
year, Katinka placed well in the Classic Cycle at
Waregem and was first in the Semi Final of the
Championship of Belgium, at Gesves. At seven years,
she was 1st in the CSN at Libramont,
jumping 1.30 m, 4th in the CSN Great
Price at Libramont, 2nd in the CSN of
Masters at Eupen, 1st in the CSIY at
Welkenraedt, and 3rd in the CSN in Link,
jumping 1.40 m. |
