CHEKANDINO
Chekandino received the best scores for rideability
in his 30-day test. As expected, the highly charming
Chekandino was also one of the best in jumping
(8.38) in a group of strong competitors – the ground
jury gave him an 8.75 for his ability!
This
striking and typical Contender son from the
significant Holstein line 2472 is inbred over
Contender's dam, Gofine by Ramiro. Other
advertisements for this family are the Reserve
Champion Stallion Cornetto (internationally
successful for Denmark) and M-Loreen (Contender's
half-sister) who is the dam of Fine Kiss (Michael
Robert/FRA) and Caliskan (Candice King/USA), both by
Caletto I.
The
dam's sire, Quidam de Revel, a highly successful
international show jumper himself, is one of the
most successful jumper stallions of the past years
when measured by the number of horses that
participated in the Olympic Games and the World
Championships.
Contender is an absolute Holstein stallion of modern
day! And his debut in breeding took place in Klein
Roscharden. The same applies to Contango, one of the
most popular sires in the US. Contender won his
stallion performance test. and his son Chekandino
also received the best scores for rideability in his
30-day test. As expected, the highly charming
Chekandino was also one of the best in jumping
(8.38) in a group of strong competitors – the ground
jury gave him an 8.75 for his ability! |
