CANCOON
Cancoon was the
overwhelming winner of the jumping phase of his
Licensing with a score of 145.27.
The Sire, Colmanis
impressive by appearance, clearly a performance
horse. Energetic hind quarter action full of
elasticity, his jumping capacity is sensational,
with excellent leg technique and bascule. He
completed his 100-Day-Performance Test in Marbach
1999, Colman won the jumping phase and placed in the
top group overall. Meanwhile, he won several jumping
competitions for young horses. He is a typical son
of the international showjumper Carthago.
Dam’s sire Lord
became one of the most famous stallions in the
Holstein breed. In the third generation we find the
outstanding thoroughbred Marlon xx. Colman
represents the Holstein dam line 223 a, that was
made popular by the stallions Camposanto, Grant I
und II, Heimchen, Heini, Mirko, Oktavus and Leon and
the top Holstein auction horse 1999, Curly Sue (sold
for DM 400.000).
Colman has already produced quality foals. In 2003
his first impressive sons were Licensed in
Holstein. Cancoon
was sold to the Brandenburg State stud and Culture I
was sold to the USA. He now has 11 Licensed sons,
some of which are: Catwalk (state stallion at
Marbach) and Culture II were Premium stallions at
the Zweibrücken stallion licensing 2005, Con Cosmos
was 2nd Reserve Champion at the Holstein licensing
2005. The oldest offspring are very successful in
jumping competitions.
